Please also advise if this system allows for the agent to set reminder task for future customer contacts or follow up calls.
Is this training continued periodically or simply part of the induction?
I strongly support sales people documenting all contact and setting call follow up tasks via the company CRM. Please say if this is not your practice.
Often agents get concerned about noting customer information in the company CRM therefore set up their own systems in excel or similar.
